The King’s School is seeking a passionate Drama teacher to join our vibrant and energetic Drama Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the performing arts interests of our students.

Please note, this is a temporary part time (0.6 FTE) opportunity for Term 1, 2022 at The King's School in North Parramatta.

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Drama NSW Curriculum and demonstrated experience teaching Drama is essential
• Inspire excellence in teaching and learning by fostering intellectual inquiry and demonstrating innovative pedagogy
• High standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a classroom teacher
• Demonstrated understanding of current issues in boys’ education with a capacity to successfully engage all boys in their learning of Drama
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with peers, students, parents and other internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated capacity to direct, collaborate and effectively contribute to a wide range of performances and productions in a dramatic arts co-curricular setting
• Demonstrated ability to positively, dynamically and effectively collaborate within a high performing team
