ABOUT THE ROLE

The King’s School Preparatory School is seeking expressions of interest from talented, dynamic K-6 Educators who are passionate about inspiring students as inquirers, thinkers and global citizens.  

A talent pool will be created to capture suitability qualified and experienced professionals for future opportunities that may arise over the next 12 months.  Opportunities may be for an entry-level role, experienced Educator or a role with leadership responsibilities.

Please note that placement in the talent pool does not constitute an offer of employment, nor does it guarantee that an offer of employment will be made.

As an Educator within our Preparatory School you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Your ability to develop strong relationships with students and passion for boys’ education
• Your high level of pedagogical understanding in both inquiry and explicit teaching
• Excellent understanding of assessment informed practice
• Strong communication skills
• High level of collaborative practice
• Commitment to professional learning and continuous improvement
• Ability to contribute to the School community through involvement in Co-curricular activities, including Saturday sport

In addition, to be considered for a leadership role, it would be beneficial if you have the following:

• School leadership experience
